Oskar Minkov DD

Oskar Minkov DD graduated with honors from George Brown College’s Denturist Program and has more than 20 years of previous experience in denture prosthodontics in Canada and Israel. In Israel, he served the public out of his own private practice after graduating from Hadass College of Technology in Jerusalem in 1994.
